As a Vice President Operations Strategy & Transformation within our Payments Operations Strategy Innovation & Governance team you will spend each day defining refining and delivering strategic initiatives that support the firms growth and transformation agenda.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead multiple concurrent transformation projects across Payments Operations ensuring timely delivery and resolution of dependencies
- Manage and mentor project teams while fostering a culture of collaboration analytical thinking and results orientation
- Gather synthesize and analyze complex data and convert insights into actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders
- Develop business cases and return-on-investment models to prioritize initiatives and optimize outcomes
- Create strategic presentations to communicate recommendations and support decision-making
- Influence the strategic agenda by acting as a data-driven advisor to senior leadership
- Partner with stakeholders across Operations Technology Product and Analytics to drive alignment and execution
- Drive enterprise-wide initiatives focused on automation process optimization and operational excellence
- Solve ambiguous business challenges using structured problem-solving approaches
Required Qualifications Capabilities and Skills
- 8 years of experience in program management change management strategy consulting or large-scale transformation roles
- Demonstrate experience leading transformation initiatives involving technology data analytics or operational excellence
- Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Manage projects independently with a proactive and team-oriented mindset
- Structure solutions for complex and ambiguous problems within financial services
- Communicate effectively with strong verbal and written skills including executive-level storytelling
- Use Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint proficiently for analysis and presentations
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and influence across all organizational levels
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with senior leaders
- Demonstrate intellectual curiosity and the ability to quickly build subject matter expertise
- Hold a Bachelors degree in a relevant field
Preferred Qualifications Capabilities and Skills
- Experience in payments or financial services strategy or consulting
- Lead programs involving senior executive stakeholders
- Show a proven track record of cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder influence
- Hold an MBA or advanced degree in business analytics or a related field
