Job Description:

• The Alliance Administrative Specialist will play a key role in helping the Vice President of Strategic Alliances and the broader alliance team operate efficiently and execute on strategic priorities.

• With a primary focus on supporting the AWS relationship and other important technology partnerships.

• This individual will help keep partner programs submissions reporting and follow-up activities moving forward.

Responsibilities include:

• Maintaining partner program records supporting partner portal activities coordinating deal registrations and funding submissions tracking certifications and program requirements preparing reports and presentation materials documenting meeting actions and working with internal stakeholders to ensure commitments and deadlines are met.

• The role will also support partner events enablement activities marketing development fund documentation executive meetings and weekly monthly and quarterly alliance performance reporting.

• The ideal candidate is a proactive highly organized professional who enjoys bringing structure to fast-moving initiatives and working across multiple teams.

• A bachelors degree in business administration commerce marketing communications information technology or a related field is required along with at least two years of experience in administration sales operations partner operations project coordination or a similar role. Strong written and verbal communication skills excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel PowerPoint Word Teams and shared document platforms is required while experience with CRM systems reporting tools technology partner portals cloud partner programs deal registration certifications or marketing development funds would be an advantage.
