Store Manager directs the daily operations of a clothing retail store. They are responsible for driving sales targets leading sales teams managing apparel inventory and curating visual merchandising to maximize store profitability and provide a premium customer shopping ResponsibilitiesSales & ProfitabilitySet and execute store sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and annual revenue fashion trends and customer purchasing patterns to optimize product placement and boost detailed daily/monthly reports on profit margins sales figures and LeadershipRecruit train and mentor retail staff and fashion consultants on styling brand policies and customer work schedules and delegate daily floor tasks to ensure optimal staff team performance and provide continuous & OperationsOversee stock control manage apparel deliveries and maintain highly accurate inventory with buyers or suppliers for timely garment replenishment to avoid out-of-stock daily cash handling billing and Point-of-Sale (POS) Merchandising & Customer ServiceEnsure store layouts mannequins and window displays are engaging and reflect current fashion escalated customer complaints and ensure a welcoming high-standard shopping safety loss prevention and compliance with health regulations across the store.
