Job Summary
Proven experience in retail management preferably within the interior design furniture or luxury goods sectors. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team. Excellent communication interpersonal and customer service skills. Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and manage profit and loss effectively. Proficiency in retail management software and general office applications.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Retail Management Interior Design or a related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a managerial role within a retail environment. A genuine passion for interior design and an understanding of current market trends. Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as required by retail operations. Fluency in English Hindi and Tamil; knowledge of other local languages is a plus.
Required Skills:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Economics Statistics Finance or a related field. 25 years of relevant work experience in data analysis business analytics or a similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions pivot tables VLOOKUP macros). Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI Tableau or Google Data Studio. Strong understanding of statistical concepts and data interpretation. Excellent analytical problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear actionable insights. Familiarity with SQL for data querying and extraction is a plus. Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools processes and business challenges.
