Store Executive

What youll do

• Receive inspect and verify all incoming goods against purchase orders and delivery notes.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely system updates for all stock movements.
• Issue materials to user departments in accordance with approved requisitions and operational requirements.
• Ensure proper storage labelling and stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO) to maintain product quality and minimise wastage.
• Conduct daily weekly and monthly inventory checks and assist in stock reconciliations.
• Coordinate with Purchasing Finance and operational departments to maintain optimum inventory levels.
• Monitor stock availability and report slow-moving expired or damaged items.
• Ensure cleanliness safety and organisation of all store areas while complying with company policies and audit requirements.
• Support month-end inventory processes and prepare inventory-related reports as required.

• Previous experience as a Store Executive Storekeeper or Inventory Executive within a hotel or hospitality environment.
• Good knowledge of inventory management receiving procedures and store operations.
• Experience with inventory management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills with the ability to work effectively across departments.
• A proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
