Title: Storage Administrator
Location: Kanjurmarg Mumbai

Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Install configure administer monitor and troubleshoot storage devices and SAN switches.
Manage storage space allocation capacity planning and MIS reporting.
Support migrations DR drills and live exchange operations during DR.
Perform configuration backups of all storage devices.
Support planned and unplanned activities as required by NCDEX.
Log and track vendor support calls coordinate with vendors and monitor SLA adherence.
Update requests and their status in NCDEXs system.
Prepare and maintain SOPs Plans of Action Minutes of Meeting incident reports change requests and IMAC documentation.
Ensure timely closure of audit and internal assessment findings.
Manage asset tagging labelling and inventory.
Automate processes wherever applicable.
Support cloud infrastructure.
