Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Storage Administrator to manage maintain and support enterprise storage infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with storage technologies SAN/NAS administration backup solutions performance tuning and troubleshooting in enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and support enterprise storage systems (EMC Dell NetApp HPE IBM Hitachi or Pure Storage).
• Manage SAN/NAS environments storage provisioning zoning masking and LUN management.
• Configure and maintain Fibre Channel and iSCSI storage networks.
• Monitor storage performance capacity utilization and implement optimization strategies.
• Perform storage provisioning migration replication backup and disaster recovery activities.
• Troubleshoot storage SAN and backup-related issues with minimal downtime.
• Work closely with virtualization Linux Windows and database teams to support infrastructure requirements.
• Implement storage security high availability and business continuity solutions.
• Create and maintain storage documentation SOPs and operational procedures.
• Participate in production support maintenance activities and on-call rotations.

Required Skills

• 5-8 years of experience in Storage Administration.
• Hands-on experience with Dell EMC NetApp HPE IBM Storage Hitachi or Pure Storage.
• Strong knowledge of SAN NAS Fibre Channel iSCSI RAID LUN Zoning and Masking.
• Experience with storage replication and disaster recovery technologies.
• Knowledge of backup solutions such as NetBackup Commvault Veeam or Avamar.
• Experience with VMware Windows and Linux environments.
• Familiarity with storage monitoring and capacity planning.
• Good understanding of scripting (PowerShell Bash or Python) is an added advantage.
• Strong troubleshooting communication and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud storage (AWS Azure or GCP).
• Knowledge of virtualization technologies.
• Relevant storage or infrastructure certifications are preferred.
