Position: Stamping Tool Maker

Location: Cochin
Experience: 3 Years of Experience.
Salary: Up to 5 LPA

Key Responsibilities
* Manufacture assemble and maintain stamping dies press tools jigs and fixtures.
* Perform tool fitting grinding machining and die assembly activities.
* Read and interpret tool drawings engineering drawings and dimensional specifications.
* Conduct die trials tool setting debugging and modifications.
* Identify and troubleshoot tool/die-related production issues.
* Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of stamping tools.
* Check and maintain required dimensions tolerances and tool accuracy.
* Support new tool development tool modification and improvement activities.
* Coordinate with Production Quality and Engineering teams to resolve tooling issues.
* Ensure optimum tool performance tool life and minimum production downtime.
* Follow quality safety and 5S standards in the tool room.

Required Skills
* Hands-on experience in Stamping Tool / Press Tool Making.
* Experience with Progressive Dies / Precision Stamping Tools will be an advantage.
* Knowledge of tool fitting grinding machining and die assembly.
* Experience in die maintenance troubleshooting and debugging.
* Ability to read and understand tool/engineering drawings and tolerances.
* Familiarity with precision measuring instruments
