Job Summary

ICFs energy transition work focuses on practical evidence-based solutions that help clients design implement and scale clean energy programs.
Job Description:
Prepare stakeholder engagement strategies.
Map stakeholders and institutional networks.
Plan and facilitate workshops and consultations.
Design communication and outreach materials.
Develop capacity building plans and training modules.
Conduct Training of Trainers programmes.
Support change management initiatives.
Strengthen partnerships with government academia and civil society.
Capture stakeholder feedback.
Prepare consultation reports.
Develop knowledge products.
Support public awareness campaigns.
Facilitate steering committee meetings.
Monitor effectiveness of capacity building.
Document lessons learned.
Required skills and abilities:
Masters in Public Policy Development Studies Social Sciences Communications Management Urban Planning or related.
Preferred: Adult learning/facilitation certifications.
812 years in stakeholder engagement institutional development training and government advisory.
