Staff Engineer, Quality Assurance

Job Summary:

In this role the candidate will own the product reliability and quality of integrated circuits from development through production to ensure our products meet industry standards customer expectations and long-term performance requirements. Therefore a deep understanding of product reliability and experience is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate product reliability qualification test scheduling and data analysis for NPI ORT quality incident activities.
• Drive failure analysis activities and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare qualification plans and reports for internal teams and customers.
• Investigate reliability issues and identify root causes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on reliability qualification failure analysis risk assessment for quality incident and proactively drive the risk mitigation.

Qualifications :

• MS or PhD degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering Physics Material Science or related fields with minimum of 8 years work experience in reliability engineering related to integrated circuits or other semiconductor components.
• Good knowledge of IC reliability test methodologies (eg HTOL ELFR HTDR/LTDR ESD/LU uHAST TCT HTSL BHAST etc) physical mechanisms reliability acceleration models statistical analysis and FA techniques.
• Familiar with industry standards such as JEDEC families AEC-Q100/Q006 etc.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Experienced in collaborating with global cross-functional engineering teams.
• Proficient in written and verbal English communications.
