Staff Engineer

Must Have

• Strong Full Stack development experience using React/TypeScript and C#/.NET
• Strong experience building and integrating REST APIs and backend services
• Experience delivering cloud-native production-grade applications
• Strong automated testing across unit API integration and end-to-end journeys
• CI/CD GitHub and modern DevSecOps practices
• Experience with production support observability and troubleshooting
• For Principal/Staff roles: experience designing or building AI/agentic or conversational applications including intent classification orchestration API/tool integration and human escalation
• Strong engineering design problem-solving and collaboration skills

• Microsoft Copilot Studio
• Dynamics 365 Contact Centre
• Conversational AI / NLU / intent modelling
• LLM/GenAI application development
• Voice Bot / IVR / PSTN concepts
• Synthetic conversation and AI-agent testing

• Azure/Power Platform/Dataverse
