We are seeking an experienced Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) Leadto drive the reliability scalability performance observability and operational excellence of critical digital commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will lead incident management automation initiatives cloud operations and platform reliability while collaborating with development infrastructure security and vendor teams.

The SRE Lead will champion DevOps and SRE best practices ensuring high availability proactive monitoring rapid incident resolution and continuous improvement across the technology landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of reliability strategies for business-critical applications and services.
• Ensure platform availability resilience scalability and performance through proactive monitoring and operational excellence.
• Establish and manage SLIs SLOs and error budgets across services.
• Drive incident management root cause analysis (RCA) problem management and post-incident reviews.
• Lead major incident response and coordinate cross-functional teams during production issues.
• Manage and support Azure-based platforms and services.
• Monitor and troubleshoot Azure infrastructure applications and integrations.
• Ensure secure management of secrets certificates and key rotation through Azure Key Vault.
• Support infrastructure provisioning and automation using Infrastructure-as-Code principles.
• Own enterprise monitoring and observability capabilities using New Relic Azure Monitoring and Splunk.
• Develop dashboards alerts health checks and proactive monitoring strategies.
• Analyze application performance infrastructure metrics logs and traces to identify optimization opportunities.
• Manage Kubernetes clusters deployments scaling and workload optimization.
• Support containerized applications and cloud-native architectures.
• Troubleshoot networking service discovery routing and performance issues using Istio/Gloo Mesh.
• Manage Helm charts and deployment configurations.
• Drive continuous integration and deployment practices using Azure DevOps Azure Pipelines Argo CD and Octopus Deploy.
• Implement GitOps-based deployment methodologies.
• Automate deployment processes and improve release reliability.
• Support source code and configuration management through Azure Repositories.
• Troubleshoot application issues performance bottlenecks and integration failures.
• Perform data investigations and query optimization within Azure Cosmos DB.
• Support Azure Data Factory pipelines and data integration workflows.
• Work closely with development teams using Visual Studio and code repositories for issue resolution.
