Job Qualifications
- 3 years of experience as a ServiceNow Functional Consultant Business Analyst or similar role.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM ITAM ITOM & SPM.
- Experience in requirements gathering process mapping workshop facilitation and stakeholder management.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and software delivery lifecycle.
Job Responsibilities
- Gather analyze and document business requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.
- Conduct workshops with business stakeholders to define processes workflows and future-state requirements.
- Create functional specifications user stories process flows and acceptance criteria for development teams.
- Configure and validate ServiceNow solutions ensuring alignment with business objectives and platform best practices.
- Support testing activities including UAT defect management and go-live readiness.
- Collaborate with developers architects and process owners to drive successful project delivery and continuous improvement.
