Sr. Recruiter- C2H Hiring

Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment processes for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent acquisition sourcing strategies and stakeholder management. This role requires expertise in handling lateral support and contract hiring while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment - C2H for clients including sourcing screening interviewing and offer negotiation.
• Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand workforce needs and develop hiring strategies.
• Utilize various sourcing channels (job portals social media networking) to attract top talent.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and timely feedback.
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring efficiency.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an C2H Recruiter with strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment and sourcing techniques.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and recruitment tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced high-volume hiring environment.
