Experience : 3–6 years of experience in performance marketing growth marketing or digital acquisition ideally in FMCG D2C or e-commerce

• Paid Media Strategy & Execution : Plan and execute paid campaigns across Google Meta YouTube and other digital platforms.
• Media Planning & Bid Optimization : Develop media plans and optimize bidding strategies to maximize campaign performance and budget efficiency.
• Audience Targeting & Lead Generation : Drive qualified lead generation and customer acquisition through targeted audience and retargeting strategies.
• DTH & E-commerce Growth : Drive qualified traffic customer engagement and conversions to accelerate digital commerce growth.
• CRM Strategy & Growth Marketing : Develop CRM strategies to improve lead nurturing customer retention repeat purchases and lifetime value.
• Marketing Technology & Innovation : Leverage marketing technology campaign tracking and emerging digital platforms to improve performance and drive growth.
• A/B Testing & Experimentation: Conduct structured testing to improve campaign performance user experience and conversion rates.
• Marketing Automation : Leverage automation tools to improve lead nurturing customer engagement and campaign efficiency.
• Performance Analytics & Reporting : Monitor campaign performance and generate actionable insights to improve marketing effectiveness.
