Incident response workflow configuration
PagerDuty REST APIs / integrations
Enterprise production implementation experience
Moogsoft architecture / operations / migration knowledge
Monitoring & observability concepts
Alert/event migration experience
Major Incident Management workflows
ServiceNow incident integration
Production migration & cutover
Event-noise reduction / alert optimization
Technical documentation & KT
Terraform / PagerDuty provider
Python / Bash
Datadog
New Relic
Splunk
AWS CloudWatch
Teams / Slack integration
Broader AIOps experience
Acts as the technical anchor for PagerDuty implementation
Understands existing Moogsoft configuration and maps required capabilities to PagerDuty
Owns PagerDuty platform configuration and implementation standards
Designs event orchestration routing correlation deduplication and suppression rules
Configures services teams schedules escalation policies and responder workflows
Leads technical decisions for PagerDuty implementation
Supports migration planning production cutover and stabilization
Coordinates technically with monitoring ServiceNow and automation engineers
Ensures the implementation meets the agreed SOW technical outcomes
Leads technical documentation and knowledge transfer
