Sr Network Engineer

Job Title : Senior Network Engineer - Process Control Network (PCN)

Experience : 7 to 10 Years

Location : Bengaluru

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design implement and support secure PCN network infrastructure including firewalls routing and switching.
  
• Manage Palo Alto firewalls firewall policies and network security segmentation.
  
• Use AlgoSec for firewall policy analysis compliance and automation.
  
• Prepare technical designs implementation plans and testing strategies.
  
• Provide Tier-3 support for complex network security incidents and coordinate with vendors.
  
• Manage incidents and changes through ServiceNow and follow change management processes.
  
• Collaborate with global teams to implement solutions and improve network security operations.
  
• Support BCP/DR activities network resiliency automation and Agile delivery initiatives.

Requisites

• Bachelors/Masters degree in IT Computer Science or a related field.
  
• Strong hands-on experience with Palo Alto firewalls.
  
• Experience with AlgoSec firewall policy management and security segmentation.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow incident and change management.
  
• Strong understanding of routing and switching protocols including BGP OSPF VRF and VLANs.
  
• Experience in industrial networks Process Control Networks (PCN) or Operational Technology (OT) environments.
  
• Knowledge of the Purdue model Panorama and network automation using Python/APIs is preferred.
  
• Strong troubleshooting communication and stakeholder management skills.
  
• CCNP or Palo Alto certifications preferably PCNSE are desirable.
