Hiring Sr Manager Legal for Bangalore
CTC upto 30 LPA

Drafting reviewing and vetting agreements leases contracts MOUs notices and legal documents.
Managing litigation matters and coordinating with external advocates senior counsels and legal consultants.
Handling property-related legal matters lease agreements title verification and documentation.
Liaising with government authorities police departments and statutory bodies as required.
Advising management on legal risks compliance matters and dispute resolution.
Monitoring court cases maintaining legal records and updating management on case status.
Supporting real estate warehousing petrol bunk and infrastructure businesses on legal matters.
Coordinating with internal departments on contracts recoveries notices and compliance requirements.
Ensuring legal compliance and safeguarding company interests across all business entities.
Requirements
Graduation in Law
20-25 years of experience in Legal
Strong exposure to contracts litigation management property matters and corporate legal advisory.
Experience in Real Estate Infrastructure Construction Leasing Manufacturing or diversified business groups preferred.
Excellent drafting negotiation and communication skills.
Stable employment history preferred.
