Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage credit policy framework
      • Drafting and updating credit policies in line with RBI guidelines internal risk appetite and business objectives.
      • Drafting and implementing Standard operating procedures (SOP)
      • Ensuring policies are board-approved and periodically reviewed
      • New product innovation

  1. Effective portfolio management
      • Oversee National/Regional/Branch credit team
      • Portfolio monitoring for early warning signals
      • Build risk dashboard for the Senior Management

  1. Enterprise-wide risk management (ERM)
      • Develop Key Result Indicators (KRI) and KRAs (Key Result Areas) under ERM for each risk unit of the company
      • Conduct testing under ERM framework and monitor results for corrective actions

  1. Manage internal audits
      • Develop and implement Internal audit framework
      • Prepare audit reports for Senior Management

  1. IT system management (functional aspect)
      • Develop Business requirement document for Operational system development
      • Co-ordinate with all stakeholders for effective implementation of the IT systems
      • Identify area of scope for process effectiveness

Candidate Profile:

      • Experience- Minimum 5-7 years in credit risk management
      • Exposure to Enterprise risk management - minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in developing and overseeing KPIs for each unit
      • Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in credit policy and portfolio management
      • Exposure to operational systems like Sales force Onefin Fin-one etc. (Platforms used by NBFCs for its operational process)
