Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Site Operations Head (Sr. GM) to lead overall plant operations for a USFDA-approved OSD manufacturing facility in Goa. The role will be responsible for driving operational efficiency regulatory compliance productivity quality standards and cross-functional coordination across manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities
•
Lead end-to-end site operations including Production Engineering Warehouse and Supply Chain coordination.
•
Ensure smooth functioning of OSD manufacturing operations in compliance with USFDA and other global regulatory standards.
•
Drive operational excellence initiatives to improve productivity cost optimization and capacity utilization.
•
Ensure audit readiness and successfully handle regulatory inspections including USFDA MHRA and other international audits.
•
Monitor plant KPIs related to quality output delivery compliance and safety.
•
Develop and implement strategic operational plans aligned with business objectives.
•
Lead manpower planning team development succession planning and performance management.
•
Collaborate with corporate leadership for expansion automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
•
Ensure adherence to EHS cGMP and data integrity requirements across the site.
