Job Summary
Job Description:

Upload customer orders stock transfer orders and other orders in Stealth ERP.

Manage bin-to-bin inventory movements and location transfers in the system.
-
Create and maintain customer / vendor / account masters in Stealth.
-
Execute order allocations based on business priorities and stock availability.
-
Extract allocation reports and system data for operational review.
-
Close completed cancelled or inactive orders in the system.
-
Ensure system hygiene and timely clean-up of pending transactions.

Returns & RTV Management
-
Initiate RTV pick-ups from stores ( Retail/Wholesale/Ecommerce)

Create Return Authorizations (RA) for RTV / return stocks
-
Coordinate with warehouse teams for return receipts and inventory updates
-
Ensure accurate stock movement of returned inventory in the warehouse.

Coordination &Stakeholder Management
-
Coordinate with Merchandising team for allocation updates stock priorities and

replenishment requirements.

Work closely with the Warehouse Finance and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth order processing.

Support Logistics team on all Stealth-related operational requirements.

Reporting & Controls
-
Generate daily / weekly MIS reports from Stealth.

Monitor open orders allocation gaps ageing orders and system discrepancies.
-
Ensure high accuracy in data entry and transaction processing.
