- Partner with business units to drive org goals through people strategy
- Lead end-to-end talent acquisition
- Own and execute employee engagement performance and development cycles
- Leverage analytics for decision-making and workforce planning

- Use Gen AI tools to improve HR efficiency and productivity
Qualifications and skills:
MBA in HR
6 7 years of experience across TA and HRBP roles
Strong knowledge of HR concepts employee lifecycle and labour laws
Proven expertise in end-to-end recruitment stakeholder management and talent planning
Excellent communication interpersonal and problem-solving skills
High energy growth mindset and ability to work extended hours when required
