Sr Director Finance

As the Senior Director of Finance (Commercial) at Honeywell you will hold a critical leadership position responsible for providing strategic direction and oversight to the commercial finance this role you will drive the financial success of the organization by developing and executing comprehensive financial strategies that align with business objectives.

You will collaborate closely with senior executives and cross-functional teams to ensure financial goals are aligned with overall business strategies. As a trusted advisor you will provide insights and recommendations to drive revenue growth optimize profitability and minimize costs. Your expertise in financial analysis and forecasting will be instrumental in identifying opportunities for business expansion and mitigating financial risks.

As a Senior Director you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial direction of the organization. You will be responsible for preparing and presenting financial reports forecasts and strategic plans to senior executives and the board of directors. Your leadership and strategic thinking abilities will be crucial in driving financial performance ensuring compliance with financial regulations and optimizing resource allocation.

You will report directly to our title and youll work out of our City State location on a Hybrid On-site Remote work schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and oversight to the finance function
• Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies aligned with business objectives
• Collaborate with senior executives and crossfunctional teams to ensure financial goals are aligned with overall business strategies
• Provide insights and recommendations to drive revenue growth optimize profitability and minimize costs
• Conduct financial analysis and forecasting to identify business expansion opportunities and mitigate financial risks
• Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including senior leadership
• Prepare and present financial reports forecasts and strategic plans to senior executives and the board of directors
• Drive financial performance ensure compliance with financial regulations and optimize resource allocation

YOU MUST HAVE

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in commercial finance or related roles
• Prior experience in a leadership or director-level role
• Proven track record of driving financial performance and achieving business objectives
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent knowledge of financial principles and practices
• Proficiency in financial analysis software and MS Office
• Ability to effectively lead and inspire a team
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
