Join our team at Thermo Fisher Scientific as an Sr. Clinical Demand Generation Manager where youll support revenue growth and contribute to serving science. Youll develop and maintain strategic relationships with customers while promoting our comprehensive portfolio of innovative products and services. Working in a collaborative environment youll implement sales strategies identify new business opportunities and provide excellent support to help customers achieve their goals. This role offers the chance to represent a leader in scientific solutions while contributing to our mission of making the world healthier cleaner and safer.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute demand-generation and territory strategies for the clinical market for procalcitonin across East India.
- Identify develop and convert new business opportunities while building a strong and sustainable pipeline.
- Build trusted long-term relationships with key customers decision-makers and influencers across clinicians clinical laboratories hospitals and healthcare institutions.
- Understand customer workflows and requirements to position relevant Thermo Fisher Scientific solutions.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans for priority customers.
- Drive customer engagements scientific programs workshops and market-development initiatives in collaboration with Sales and Marketing team.
- Monitor market trends customer needs and competitive activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Maintain accurate opportunity and customer information in CRM and support pipeline management and forecasting.
- Collaborate effectively across functions in a matrix organization to deliver business objectives.
Qualifications & Experience
- Masters degree in Life Sciences Chemistry or a related scientific field.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in clinical diagnostics life sciences healthcare or related industries.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand complex product applications and workflows.
- Excellent communication presentation influencing and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Strong territory management strategic account planning analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in CRM systems preferably Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a matrix environment.
- Fluency in English; additional regional language skills preferred.
- Valid drivers license and willingness to travel up to 70% within the assigned territory.
