Job Description:

JD for Warehouse Role (Bhiwandi Location)

• Manageroversees all aspects of warehouse operations ensuring the efficient and safe receipt storage and dispatch of daily operations while controlling and managing inventory and logistics.
• Responsible for Efficient inventory management through regular cycle and physical stock audit and maintaining zero variance.
• Ensure that the warehouse operates at peak efficiency with customer satisfaction the primary goal by supervising organizing and training warehouse employees and establishing monitoring and managing operational goals
• Develop warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements equipment utilization inventory and shipping methods
• Train and manage the warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long-term performance goals
• Review and prepare workflows staffing requirements space allocations equipment layouts and action plans that meet company standards for productivity quality and customer service
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing standards and procedures and by complying with legal regulations.
• Responsible for warehouse Operation cost vs Budget Cost make warehouse budget for Capex and Operation expenses.
• Min 10years of warehouse management experience ideally with an e-commerce or Technology company with some data analytics experience.
• Education: Graduate in any discipline with Management Graduates in Logistics or Supply Chain Management will be preferred.
• Prior experience of setting up warehouses is desirable.
• Certification: Six Sigma Green Belt 5S *ASCM CLTD & KnoWerX PGP CWMP (Certified Warehouse Management Professional)* will also be beneficial. Not mandatory requirement of company but having these certifications will provide knowledge giving an edge over others
