Your Role in the Transformation
As a Sr. Associate in HR Operations GBS you will handle transactional tickets on Workday ensuring SLA commitments are met while supporting employees through chats calls and queries across Tier 1/2. You will manage queue operations resolve HR inquiries and collaborate with HRBPs and onshore partners. This role places you at the heart of the employee experience where your accuracy and responsiveness will build trust and strengthen Baxters HR service delivery.
What Youll Drive and Deliver
- Provide customer support through chats phone email or tickets on HR topics including PrePayroll Staffing Employee Data Management Benefits and Workday processes.
- Manage endtoend HR operations: onboarding employee records confirmations internal movements exits and offboarding.
- Support creation updates and storage of HR documentation such as letters contracts amendments and employment records.
- Contribute to system enhancements UAT automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Uphold quality standards and consistently meet or exceed operational indicators.
What Youll Bring
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Handson Workday experience (transactions business processes reporting) is mandatory.
- Strong process and system orientation with proven compliance and audit management.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset with focus on process improvement; automation skills are a plus.
- Customer service experience with issueresolution mindset.
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts (Europe & Americas).
Your Background
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Lean certification (preferred).
Work Schedule
This role operates on rotational shifts across regions. Working hours will vary depending on shift schedules requiring adaptability to support operations seamlessly across Europe and the Americas.
