Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Senior Associate US Accounting to support client engagements manage core accounting functions and ensure timely and accurate financial deliverables. The role involves hands-on execution client interaction and mentoring junior team members while maintaining high service quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Finalization of accounts and preparation of financial statements
- Pass month-end and year-end journal entries
- Support financial review and management reporting
- Handle payroll compliance (Forms 940/941) and assist in sales tax filings
- Coordinate with clients for routine queries and ensure timely deliverables
- Monitor workflow for assigned clients and maintain quality standards
- Support onboarding of new clients and assist junior team members
- Identify and escalate accounting issues and discrepancies
- Participate in trainings and upskill on accounting tools
Qualifications
- CA / Inter CA (Dropout) / CPA
