Profile:Sr. Architect

Experience:

• 7-8 years of relevant experience in architectural design and project execution.
• Strong knowledge of architectural planning detailing and construction processes.

Roles:

1. Architectural Design & Planning

• Develop architectural concepts plans elevations sections and detailed drawings.
• Prepare and review working drawings construction drawings and architectural details.
• Ensure designs are functional aesthetically strong and aligned with project requirements.
• Translate client requirements into practical architectural solutions.

2. AutoCAD & Design Documentation

• Prepare detailed architectural drawings using AutoCAD.
• Review drawings for accuracy dimensions specifications and constructability.
• Coordinate architectural drawings with structural MEP and interior design requirements.
• Maintain updated drawing sets and project documentation.

3. Project Execution & Site Coordination

• Coordinate with site teams contractors vendors and consultants for smooth project execution.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings.
• Resolve design and execution-related issues at the site.
• Ensure adherence to design standards timelines and quality requirements.

4. Client & Consultant Coordination

• Understand client requirements and provide appropriate design solutions.
• Present design concepts drawings and project updates to clients.
• Coordinate with structural MEP landscape and other consultants.
• Incorporate client feedback and manage design revisions.

5. Team Handling & Project Management

• Guide and supervise junior architects and design team members.
• Allocate design tasks and monitor deliverables.
• Review team output for quality accuracy and timely completion.
• Coordinate multiple projects and prioritize work according to deadlines.

6. Design Development & Quality Control

• Develop projects from concept stage through working drawings and execution.
• Ensure compliance with applicable building regulations standards and project specifications.
• Identify design issues proactively and provide effective solutions.
• Maintain consistency and quality across all project deliverables.
