Specialist - NVH Systems

Job Introduction:

As an experienced NVH/CAE Analyst you will be involved in performing NVH Simulations for eDrives Transfer cases and DHT products.

Major Responsibilities:

• Expertise on CAE/FEA model building and debugging of E-drives Transfer cases Drive modules and hybrid transmission systems using Tetra hexahedral and 1D meshing Contacts and rigid connections

• Profound knowledge in performing core CAE NVH simulations - Eigen mode frequency analysis (Modal)

  • Structure borne noise (FRF)

  • Air borne noise (FRF)

  • Transfer path analysis

  • Pre-tension of gear set and bolt connections

  • Topology optimization and sensitivity study

Knowledge and Education:

• Bachelors/masters in mechanical/Structural/Automotive engineering or equivalent from reputed university/institution

Work Experience:

• 5 to 7 years of experience in NVH Simulations / Test data Analysis in Automotive Powertrain or relevant job experience.

• Knowledge of test data analysis.

• Knowledge in preprocessing and results interpretations.

• Experience in the eDrives DCT/DHT and Transfer cases in automotive sector.

• Excellent English communication (German is added advantage)

Skills & Competencies:

• Hands-on experience in CAE-Testing correlation

• Perform parametric study FFT and data processing

• Understanding the Gear micro geometry

• Deep knowledge of NVH overall scope in powertrains
