Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Application Management & Governance
Maintain and manage a comprehensive inventory of all enterprise applications. Maintain an accurate real-time inventory of licenses usage metrics and vendor contracts.
Ensure accurate documentation of application versions licenses dependencies integrations and usage metrics.
Monitor application performance availability and user adoption to drive continuous improvement.
Coordinate with vendors IT teams and business stakeholders for application upgrades patches renewals and lifecycle management.
R&D Enablement: Provide specialized high-tier support for our Research & Development teams. Ensure smooth operation of applications used for statistical analysis machine learning training and AI applications.
