TheGlobalSparePartsDepartmentispartoftheBusinessUnitSupply.TheGlobalSparePartsteamis end-to-end responsible forthe spare partsactivitiesfor Vanderlandes CustomerCenters (CCs)and theircustomers.Global Spare Partsdepartment iscreatinga Center of Competence in ourGlobal Capability Center at Pune India. Global Spare Partsisorganized in three departments.

SparePartsMarketingmanagesthesparepartsproductportfoliotoimprovethepartsvalue propositiontotheVanderlandeCCsandCustomers.TheactivitiesincludeProductLifeCycle managementwithastrongfocusondigitalizationandB2Be-commerce.Theteammanagesthe globalpricingproductcontentand builds a strongrelation within- and externalstakeholders.
GlobalSupportsupportstheglobalcustomerbasewithsparepartsofferingsthroughoutthelife-timeofthematerialhandlingassets.Thisincludesthedevelopmentofinitialspareparts packages andday to daytechnical andcommercialspare partssupport. The departmentadvises customers tooptimizetheon-site stock availability.
SparePartsLogisticsmanagesthecentralpartswarehouseandisresponsibleforallin-andoutbound warehouse activities. They manage stock-levels lead-timesand on-time shipmentanddeliveryofpartsfromsuppliersanddeliveriestotheglobalVanderlandecustomerbase
Yourposition
Youwillbethefirstpointofcontactforthecustomerssparepartsrelatedquestionsandrequests.You willownthe orderingprocess and willkeep thecustomer upto datewiththe delivery information.
Wherenecessaryyouwillalsocheckthetechnicaldocumentation(BillofMaterial)inordertofindout what parts are needed for the customer.
TasksAndResponsibilities
Manage customer-specific spare parts package activities from project initiation through completion.
Collectvalidate andmaintainsupplier sparepartsdata ensuring completeness accuracy and consistency.
Identifyportfolio gaps create missing material master records prepare BIT files andmaintaininstalled base information.
Develop andmaintainBills of Material (BOMs) sparepartspackage structures and related master data.
Prepare preliminary budgets and customer quotations using SPARQ FileMaker (CAP) SCCT and manual quotation processes.
ProcessSQ quotations spare parts orders SD/OD orders and associated project documentation.
Plan andmonitorspare parts deliveries ensuringtimelyexecution and follow-up within JDE.
Partner with Project Managers to align spare parts deliverables with project schedules and implementation milestones.
Prioritize project activitiesmonitorprogress and ensure on-time completion of assigned deliverables.
Serve as the primary liaison for regional Spare Parts Coordinators promoting effective collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Standardize global spare parts processes templates and governance while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Drive operational excellence through process optimization automation andbest-practiceimplementation.
Collaborate with Service Sales Supply Chain and Project teams to deliver customer-focused lifecycle support solutions.
Perform installed-base and bottleneck analyses toidentifyoperational risks and recommendoptimizedspare parts strategies.
Develop customer-specific stocking concepts and lifecycle service recommendations to improve equipment availability and reliability.
Support strategic initiatives that enhance lifecycle services increase spare parts revenue improve customer retention and strengthen long-term customer value.
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders suppliers and global teams to ensure seamless communication and execution.
Uphold Toyota Automated Logistics values bydemonstratingcustomer focus collaboration accountability quality and continuous improvement.
Requirements
AtleastabachelorsdegreepreferablyBusinessAdministrationorasimilar
Relevant5-7yearsexperienceinaB2Btechno-commercialenvironment.
Experience inSparePartsOrderManagement.
KnowledgeofMaterialPlanningandInventoryManagement
Musthavegeneraltechnicalknowledgeofspareparts&abletoreadtechnicaldatasheetsanddrawings
Goodnegotiation skillstodeveloplocalbuying
StrongadministrationalskillswithknowledgeofMicrosoftOffice(specificallyMSExcel)
ExperiencewithERP
GoodcommandoftheEnglishlanguage(SpeakingandWriting)
Experience inhandlingmultiple tasksina high-energyoffice
