Sourcing & Procurement-Process Developer

We are Sisco Jobs a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy Tamil Nadu. We are hiring for the position of Sourcing & Procurement-Process Developer in Coimbatore Tamil Nadu. We are seeking skilled motivated professionals with strong sourcing procurement supplier coordination inventory and supply-planning capabilities. • Create and manage purchase orders and expedite orders based on supply requirements.
  
• Manage post-PO activities and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely material availability.
  
• Coordinate inventory counts inventory adjustments repair activities and warranty processes.
  
• Schedule and revise shipments according to changing demand requirements.
  
• Communicate with suppliers regarding forecasts incoming materials and inventory positions.
  
• Coordinate supplier complaints and drive timely resolutions through cross-functional teamwork.
  
• Clarify invoice-related queries with suppliers and relevant internal stakeholders.
  
• Communicate demand fluctuations and supplier performance to GF Sourcing teams while ensuring supply continuity for assigned materials.
  

1. Purchase Order Management Ability to create expedite track and manage PO and post-PO activities.
   
2. Supplier Coordination Ability to align suppliers on forecasts material arrivals inventory positions and supply requirements.
   
3. Inventory Management Knowledge of inventory counts adjustments repair and warranty processes.
   
4. Supply & Shipment Planning Ability to schedule and revise shipments according to demand fluctuations.
   
5. Procurement Issue Resolution Ability to resolve supplier complaints invoice queries and material-supply issues with internal teams.
   

• ERP/procurement-system exposure for PO and material management.
  
• Supplier performance monitoring and reporting knowledge.
  
• Experience collaborating with sourcing inventory finance and supply-chain teams.

Typical requirement: approximately 25 years of relevant experience in procurement sourcing operations purchasing supply-chain coordination material planning or a related environment. Hands-on exposure to PO lifecycle management suppliers inventory and material availability would typically be relevant.

• Minimum: Typical Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Logistics Business Administration Engineering Commerce or a related discipline.
  
• Preferred: Typical MBA/PG qualification in Supply Chain Operations or Procurement.
  
• Additional: Typical Procurement supply-chain ERP or inventory-management certification.
