About the role
Technical responsibilities:
Resolving high complexity scope for integration and delivery.
Provide next level technical support for Platform/Connectivity/CSP/MPN and other technology as a service.
Perform service changes by assessing risk and implementing requests reported within the agreed Change Management process through Orange Change tools.
Perform solution releases by authorizing validating (changes upgrades updates patches and migrations) and implementing them.
Manage customer (internal and external entities) technical discussions and provide them with regular updates as per each of the service and business requirement
knowledge and abilities
Ability to:
Communicate organize global stake holdermeetings
Maintainspecific (as per role)skillswithintheboundsofaproject and business need.
Organize the delivery of a complexservice
Understand advanced complex solutions and relevantproblematics
Excellent written and verbalcommunication
Work in a virtual teamenvironment.
education qualifications and certifications
Degree in IT/ Telecommunicationspreferred
Other (Desirable):
Good understanding onSDWAN / Security products
Cisco Plao Alto Fortinet Certifications with good network background ismust.
experience
Overallexperienceof8-10yearsof experienceinthe TELECOM or IT industry managing external customer facingprojects
Customer Service and Telecommunications experience highlydesirable
Previousinvolvementinnetworkdeploymentprojects and operationsandmusthavehands-ontechnical experience
