JOB SUMMARY:
As aSolution Architectat Agora youll act as the technical expert bridging customer vision with Agoras platform. You will design scalable architectures lead complex integrations and serve as a trusted advisor to strategic partners and enterprise customers building real-time engagement applications. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on architecting robust technical solutions enjoys teamwork and loves collaborating with customers to bring ambitious ideas to life.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Partner with Sales teams to support revenue growth by aligning Agoras real-time engagement conversational AI and Agent Studio solutions with customer business drivers operational challenges and strategic use cases.
2.Collaborate with mid-market to enterprise customers and partners to understand technical requirements architecture constraints scalability goals security considerations and user experience expectations.
3.Design document and propose scalable secure low-latency and high-performance architectures leveraging Agoras SDKs APIs Conversational AI stack RTC infrastructure and cloud-native services.
4.Lead technical discovery sessions architecture workshops deep dives proof-of-concepts (POCs) and live demonstrations to validate solution fit and accelerate customer adoption.
5.Provide expert-level technical guidance to solution engineers developers customers and partners during solution design implementation deployment optimization troubleshooting and production scaling phases.
6.Utilize modern AI-assisted development and productivity tools such as Cursor Codex Claude Code GitHub Copilot and related AI engineering workflows to accelerate prototyping integrations troubleshooting and solution delivery.
7.Work cross-functionally with Sales Customer Success Product Management Engineering Marketing and Support teams to drive revenue goals improve customer experience and influence product direction based on market feedback.
8.Design and present highly customized solution demonstrations and architecture narratives tailored to customer-specific workflows operational challenges and industry use cases.
9.Contribute to internal enablement assets including reference architectures solution playbooks integration guides demo frameworks technical documentation support manuals and reusable use case templates.
10.Stay current with emerging trends and innovations across Conversational AI Voice AI Generative AI WebRTC real-time engagement cloud communications and developer tooling to proactively advise customers and internal teams.
11.Act as a trusted technical advisor for customers by balancing business objectives product capabilities compliance considerations scalability requirements and long-term platform strategy.
QUALIFICATIONS AND NECESSARY SKILLS
1.Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related technical field.
2.7 to 9 years of experience in Solutions Engineering Pre-Sales Technical Consulting Developer Support or Software Development.
3.Strong programming skills in at least one modern language such as JavaScript/TypeScript Java Swift or Kotlin.
4.Experience with modern development frameworks such as React Native or Flutter.
5.Familiarity with enterprise tools including Salesforce JIRA Zendesk and Confluence.
6.Hands-on expertise in Conversational AI Voice AI WebRTC SIP/PSTN integrations real-time streaming LLM orchestration ASR/TTS MCP/function calling frameworks and AI-driven engagement systems.
7.Solid understanding of SDK integrations REST APIs and mobile/web application architectures.
8.Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and business audiences.
9.Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with the ability to design innovative and scalable solutions.
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS
1.Familiarity with telecom ecosystems including SIP PSTN and CPaaS platforms.
2.Understanding of security compliance and encryption standards for real-time communications and AI systems.
3.Experience with multi-region deployments scalability and low-latency optimization.
4. Contributions to developer communities open-source project
