Solution with Azure, React and AI Native

We are looking for a Solution Architect with strong full-stack expertise Azure and React to design and deliver scalable enterprise solutions while driving AI-native initiatives across the technology landscape.

• Design end-to-end solutions with an architectural mindset across backend frontend and cloud layers
• Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements
• Estimate features and break them down into actionable technical artifacts
• Lead a team through the development lifecycle including coding and delivery of user stories
• Build and maintain cloud-based solutions leveraging Microsoft Azure services
• Apply AI-native practices throughout the software development lifecycle
• Implement agentic AI solutions using Microsoft tools where applicable
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality delivery of technical solutions

• 12 to 15 years of overall experience in IT
• Proficiency Azure and React as a full stack engineer
• Strong backend experience including SQL
• Skills in designing architectural solutions
• Capability to work with stakeholders estimate features create technical artifacts and lead a team
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure services including Functions and Durable Functions
• Background in AI SDLC practices

• Understanding of the Insurance value chain particularly from submission to policy issuance including quoting and binding
• Knowledge of specialty products particularly in Excess lines such as Excess Casualty Professional Liability Medical Liability Products and Contractors
• Experience in Actuarial reserving
• Familiarity with implementing agentic solutions using Microsoft tools
