Install configure and maintain SolarWinds platform (NPM NCM SAM NetFlow).

Design and implement network monitoring solutions for LAN WAN and DC environments.

Perform device onboarding SNMP/WMI configuration and monitoring template setup.

Create dashboards alerts reports and performance thresholds for proactive monitoring.

Monitor network performance availability and capacity; troubleshoot incidents and outages.

Integrate SolarWinds with ITSM tools (e.g. ServiceNow) for alerttoticket automation. onboarding devices to SolarWinds

Perform upgrades patching backups and health checks of SolarWinds environment.

Analyze trends and provide capacity planning and optimization recommendations.

Maintain documentation runbooks and monitoring standards for operations teams.
