Position Details
Position: Project Manager Solar Projects
Location: Bengaluru Karnataka
Experience Required: 5-8 Years

About the Role
We are looking for a highly experienced and result-oriented Project Manager with
strong expertise in Solar EPC Projects to lead end-to-end execution of utility-scale
rooftop commercial & industrial solar projects. The candidate should possess excellent
project management stakeholder coordination technical execution and team
leadership capabilities to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery while
maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in solar project execution site
management vendor coordination client handling and commissioning activities within
the renewable energy sector.
Key Responsibilities
Manage complete lifecycle of solar EPC projects from planning to commissioning.
Lead execution of utility-scale ground-mounted rooftop and C&I solar projects.
Ensure projects are delivered within defined timelines budget and quality standards.
Prepare project schedules execution plans and resource allocation strategies.
Monitor project progress and resolve technical or operational bottlenecks proactively.
Coordinate with internal teams including design procurement engineering and O&M.
Supervise site execution activities including civil structural electrical and module
installation works.
Ensure adherence to project specifications drawings and safety standards.
Manage subcontractors site engineers supervisors and installation teams efficiently.
Act as primary point of contact for clients consultants DISCOMs and regulatory
authorities.
Track project budgets cost control measures and billing milestones.
Ensure implementation of EHS and quality standards across all project sites.
Prepare MIS reports project status updates and execution dashboards for management.

Proficiency in MS Project AutoCAD Excel and ERP Tools
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Civil Engineering
PMP Certification will be an added advantage
Experience in MW-scale solar project execution preferred
Strong understanding of renewable energy regulations and DISCOM coordination
