Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Software Tester to join our quality assurance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing developing and executing test plans to ensure the functionality performance and reliability of our software applications. Experience with Zoho applications and platforms is highly desirable enabling effective testing of Zoho integrations and customizations. The candidate should be passionate about quality possess strong analytical skills and collaborate effectively with development teams to deliver top-notch software solutions.
Requirements
Proven experience in software testing and quality assurance processes.
Strong knowledge of manual and automated testing methodologies.
Experience with Zoho CRM Zoho Creator or other Zoho applications.
Ability to create detailed test plans test cases and defect reports.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Required Skills:
2 years of experience as a Zoho Developer or similar role. Strong proficiency in Deluge scripting. Experience with Zoho CRM Creator Books People and Zoho Flow. Good understanding of API integration. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Required Education:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
