Job Overview

We are seeking a Software Product Manager ClusterWareAI to lead the strategy roadmap and execution of our cluster management software within the AI Factory Platform.

ClusterWareAI is a critical component of the platform enabling automated provisioning orchestration monitoring and lifecycle management of large-scale AI and HPC environments. This role will define how customers deploy and operate AI factories with speed reliability and efficiency.

You will work at the intersection of AI infrastructure distributed systems and cloud-scale software partnering closely with engineering sales and customers to deliver differentiated capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision strategy and roadmap for ClusterWareAI aligned to Penguins AI Factory Platform
• Define capabilities that enable rapid deployment automation and operational efficiency of AI clusters
• Translate customer needs (hyperscalers enterprises research institutions) into scalable product requirements
• Partner with engineering to deliver features across:
  • Cluster provisioning and orchestration
  • Workload scheduling and optimization
  • Monitoring observability and performance management
  • Lifecycle and capacity management
• Collaborate with go-to-market teams to support positioning pricing and customer adoption
• Engage directly with customers and partners to validate product direction and drive adoption
• Track market trends in AI infrastructure Kubernetes HPC and distributed systems to inform innovation

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Computer Science Engineering or a related field. MBA preferred.
• 5 years of product management experience in enterprise or infrastructure software
• Strong understanding of distributed systems cluster management or cloud platforms
• Experience with AI/ML infrastructure HPC environments or Kubernetes-based ecosystems
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear product direction and business value
• Proven track record of delivering customer-facing software products
• Strong collaboration skills across engineering sales and leadership teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to GPU computing Kubernetes or workload schedulers
• Experience supporting AI model training or inference environments
• Background working with hyperscalers or large enterprise infrastructure buyers
