What Youll Be Part Of

As a Software Engineer in the Digital Commerce team you will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality e-commerce solutions that enhance the customer experience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives from planning through execution ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives. The role requires strong problem-solving skills effective communication and the ability to manage priorities while working closely with stakeholders to improve and optimize digital commerce platforms.

How Youll Make An Impact

• Develop support and maintain web applications hosted on the Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) B2C platform with a primary focus on front-end development and user interface enhancements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define requirements establish project deliverables and set timelines using Agile methodologies.
• Drive the development and support of e-commerce initiatives ensuring high-quality and reliable solutions.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver engaging digital content and applications that enhance the customer experience.
• Ensure project documentation is complete and all deliverables comply with established software development standards and best practices.

What Makes You A Strong Fit

• 35 years of web development experience with a strong focus on e-commerce platform implementations.
• Strong hands-on expertise in JavaScript jQuery HTML5 CSS3 SASS Bootstrap Font Icons and GitHub.
• Mandatory experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC/SFRA) and e-commerce applications with a good understanding of product catalogs cart content assets content slots SFCC libraries inventory pricing payments checkout and order management.
• Experience in integrating web applications with third-party libraries and services along with a strong understanding of responsive web design and JSON/XML data formats.
• Hands-on experience with coding standards error and exception handling logging security performance optimization and troubleshooting including experience with high-volume high-transaction websites.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies and performing unit testing integration testing and browser compatibility testing to ensure quality deliverables within project timelines.
• Ability to take ownership of application development and support collaborate with product/project managers and stakeholders to refine requirements iteratively adapt to new technologies and deliver projects on time with high quality.

• We see AI as an important part of how work gets done. While tools may vary a baseline familiarity with using AI to support efficiency problem-solving and quality is expected.

Bonus Points if You Have

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in supporting and enhancing e-commerce solutions using Agile methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
