As a Software Engineer in Pune you will join a diverse passionate team dedicated to powering the worlds payments ecosystem!

Job Summary:

Provides technical inputs of the plan design development of software systems or applications for software enhancements and new products. This role is ideal for a hands-on technologist who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about building robust engineering foundations in the tech ecosystem.

Job Responsibilities:

• Independently designs develops tests and delivers high quality software/solutions. Provides direct estimates such as time percentage of project completion etc. to lead and/or manager.
• Researches and resolves reported systems software problems efficiently and accurately while adhering to internal software management standards and procedures.
• Coordinates the technical work of a small project team. Plans and schedules tasks for projects and individuals.
• Maintains detail knowledge of software underlying network and system software and dependencies.
• Provides guidance and subject matter expertise to the development organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Understand and adhere to all corporate policies to include but not limited to the ACI Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.

Knowledge Skills and Experience required for the job:

• Bachelors degree in computer science or related field or equivalent software development experience.
• 3 years software development experience.
• Strong expertise inJavalanguages and programming.
• Deep understanding ofmicroservices architectureRESTful APIs andevent-driven systems.
• Extensive hands-on experience in building responsive and dynamic user interfaces usingAngularor equivalent front-end frameworks.
• Experience withat least one of thecloud platforms(AWS Azure Tanzu etc)
• Solid knowledge ofcontainerization technologies(Docker Kubernetes)
• Familiarity withDevOps practicesCI/CD pipelines andObservability tools. (e.g. Prometheus Grafana ELK)
• Ability to collaborate with a global team and work with attention to detail & multitask under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Preferred Knowledge Skills and Experience needed for the job:

• Experience working with Indian and global engineering teams.
• Exposure to fintech e-commerce SaaS or enterprise platforms.
  

Work Environment:

• Standard Work Environment
• Majority time spent on PC (Phys. Req.)
• Travel required may be domestic or international
