About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer (Java Backend with React JS & Kafka) to join our engineering team. The role focuses on building scalable backend services using Java microservices architecture and developing responsive front-end applications using . You will also work on event-driven systems leveraging Kafka for real-time data processing and integration.

What You Will Do

• Backend Development:
  Design develop and maintain scalable microservices using Java Spring Boot and microservices architecture.
• Event-Driven Systems:
  Develop and integrate Kafka-based messaging systems handling producer-consumer workflows and real-time data pipelines.
• Frontend Development:
  Build modern responsive UI components using and integrate them with backend APIs.
• API Development:
  Develop RESTful APIs and ensure seamless integration with frontend and external systems.
• Cloud & Deployment:
  Deploy applications on cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and manage containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Code Quality & Best Practices:
  Write clean maintainable code and participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Collaboration:
  Work closely with cross-functional teams including UI/UX QA and DevOps to deliver high-quality solutions.

What You Need to Be Successful

• Experience:
  3 to 6 years of experience in software development with strong backend focus.
• Backend Skills:
  • Strong expertise in Java Spring Boot and Microservices
  • Experience in REST API development
  • Knowledge of design patterns and scalable system design
• Frontend Skills:
  • Hands-on experience with JavaScript HTML CSS
• Messaging & Streaming:
  • Hands-on experience with Kafka (producer/consumer event streaming)
• Cloud & DevOps:
  • Experience with AWS/Azure
  • Containerization using Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes
  • CI/CD tools and pipelines
• Other Skills:
  • Strong debugging analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working in Agile environments

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB Cassandra)
• Knowledge of event-driven architecture and distributed systems
• Experience with DevOps tools (Jenkins GitHub Actions Azure DevOps)
• Exposure to automotive or connected systems domain
