Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Software Asset Management (SAM) Analyst to manage and optimize software & SaaS assets across the enterprise. The role focuses on license compliance cost optimization audits and lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end software & SaaS asset lifecycle

Ensure license compliance and audit readiness

Optimize software usage and reduce cost through re-harvesting and rationalization

Work with SAM tools (Flexera ServiceNow SAM Snow Nexthink etc.)

Collaborate with Procurement Finance and Vendors on renewals and negotiations

Maintain accurate software inventory reports and dashboards
