Job Summary

Monitor security alerts and events using SIEM tools.

Analyze logs from servers firewalls endpoints and network devices.

Identify investigate and escalate security incidents.

Perform basic threat detection and vulnerability assessment activities.

Assist in incident response and remediation processes.

Monitor network traffic for suspicious activities.

Document security incidents findings and response actions.

Support the implementation of security policies and procedures.

Conduct routine security checks and compliance monitoring.

Collaborate with IT and security teams to improve security posture.

Requirements

Basic understanding of Cyber Security concepts.

Knowledge of Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP DNS HTTP/HTTPS).

Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems.

Understanding of Security Operations Center (SOC) processes.

Knowledge of SIEM tools such as Splunk QRadar or Microsoft Sentinel.

Basic understanding of malware phishing and cyber threats.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and documentation abilities.

Required Skills:
