Wipro Consumer Care & Lighting is looking for a result-oriented Sales Officer to drive business growth across Chikkaballapur Tumkur & Kolar. Based out of the Chikkaballapur HQ the role focuses on achieving sales targets managing distributors expanding market reach and ensuring excellent retail execution.

• Achieve primary & secondary sales targets across the assigned territory.
• Manage distributors stock availability order fulfillment and collections.
• Expand retail coverage and drive numeric & weighted distribution.
• Build strong relationships with distributors retailers and key customers.
• Execute trade promotions merchandising visibility initiatives and product launches.
• Conduct regular market visits to identify growth opportunities and monitor competition.
• Ensure product availability in-store visibility and merchandising standards.
• Prepare sales reports MIS and coordinate with Marketing Supply Chain Finance and other internal teams.

• Graduate in any discipline (Mandatory).
• 5 years of FMCG General Trade (GT) sales experience.
• Strong experience in distributor management retail execution and territory handling.
• Familiarity with the Chikkaballapur Tumkur & Kolar markets is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and sales reporting.
• Excellent communication negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Valid two-wheeler and driving license preferred.
