Job Description:

Lead/support placement of W&I insurance across M&A PE and strategic deals
Work with clients law firms and insurers on deal execution and timelines
Analyse due diligence reports transaction structures and key risks
Review transaction documents (SPAs SSAs BTAs) including representations & warranties indemnities and disclosures from an insurance perspective
Align legal documentation with insurance coverage structures
Engage with insurers clients and advisors
Support underwriting negotiations and risk transfer solutions
Conduct targeted legal research and prepare client/internal notes
