KRA s:
- Lead process excellence and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
- Drive Lean Six Sigma projects with measurable and quantifiable business impact.
- Identify process gaps and deliver data-driven solutions to bridge them.
- Build and nurture a culture of quality and operational excellence.
- Collaborate across functions and business units to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness
Skills and Qualifications:
- Certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt / Black Belt (recognized body such as ASQ or IASSC preferred).
- Strong command of Lean methodologies and tools (VSM Kaizen 5S Kanban etc.).
- Proven track record in leading large-scale process improvement projects.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration ability.
- Experience in BFSI or GCC domain is highly desirable
Exp: 5 to 12 years.
