Job Overview :
The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily construction site operations ensuring work is completed according to project plans and schedules. The role involves coordinating workers assigning tasks monitoring progress maintaining site records and ensuring smooth execution of construction activities while following safety standards.
Job Responsibilities :
- Supervise day-to-day construction site activities.
- Coordinate and manage construction workers and labourers.
- Assign daily tasks and responsibilities to workers.
- Prepare and maintain work schedules.
- Monitor construction progress and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Maintain detailed records of site activities and work completed.
- Ensure proper communication between workers and management.
- Check that construction work is carried out according to project requirements.
- Ensure safety procedures are followed on-site.
- Report site progress and any issues to senior management.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 45 years of experience in construction site supervision.
- Good knowledge of construction site operations and processes.
- Ability to manage and supervise labourers and workers effectively.
- Strong coordination and organizational skills.
- Good communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to maintain site records and documentation.
- Understanding of workplace safety practices.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to handle site-related challenges.
