Site Supervisor

Tasks

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations at construction and installation sites ensuring that all activities are carried out in accordance with project plans and specifications.
• Coordinate with architects engineers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of stage engineering and audiovisual projects maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
• Supervise on-site teams including subcontractors and technicians providing guidance and support to ensure timely completion of tasks and adherence to company protocols.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of work in progress to identify any potential issues or deviations from project requirements implementing corrective measures as necessary.
• Prepare and maintain detailed site reports documenting progress challenges and solutions and communicate effectively with project managers and clients to provide updates and address concerns.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Architecture Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in supervising construction or installation projects preferably in stage engineering or audiovisual setups.
• Strong understanding of stage automation lighting acoustics and projection systems.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage site teams and liaise with clients.
• Proven ability to ensure adherence to safety standards and quality control procedures on-site.
