We are looking for an experienced logistics professional to lead end-to-end 4PL operations in an OEM environment. The role is responsible for managing domestic transportation warehousing multimodal logistics and EXIM operations while ensuring seamless JIT/JIS deliveries. The incumbent will drive operational excellence through network optimization digital transformation cost optimization and continuous improvement initiatives. The role also requires strong stakeholder management leadership of cross-functional teams and the use of analytics to enhance service performance governance and supply chain efficiency.

Roles and Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Logistics Operations
Lead domestic transportation operations including milk runs FTL/PTL/LTL movements and multimodal logistics aligned with production schedules
Ensure JIT/JIS adherence and seamless line feeding through close coordination with plant logistics
Oversee cross-dock consolidation hubs and warehouse flows for optimal utilization and efficiency
Drive exception management TAT adherence POD compliance and damage control through RCA and corrective actions
Manage EXIM operations end-to-end customs clearance documentation freight coordination and inland delivery
Optimize mode mix (air/ocean/LCL) balancing cost vs urgency.
2. Stakeholder & Governance Management
Act as the primary interface between client SCM plant leadership procurement and finance
Govern LSP/3PL ecosystem through structured performance reviews (daily/weekly/monthly/QBRs)
Build executive-level relationships and position 4PL as a strategic partner
3. Operational Excellence & Transformation
Drive continuous improvement roadmap (Kaizen)
Lead network optimization initiatives (lane redesign hub rationalization carrier strategy)
Champion digital transformation via TMS WMS visibility tools and automation
Implement SOPs audit frameworks and control towers for governance
Drive cost reduction service improvement and resilience strategies
4. Team Leadership & Capability Building
Lead and develop a cross-functional team across operations EXIM and analytics
Build a high-performance culture focused on ownership data and accountability
Drive talent development succession planning and capability building
Ensure strong safety culture and HSSE compliance
Coach teams on client handling analytics and decision-making
5. Analytics Reporting & Business Reviews
Own site-level analytics and dashboards (cost service LSPs performance)
Deliver Monthly & Quarterly Business Reviews (MBR/QBR) to leadership
Provide real-time insights and corrective action tracking
